Corporate representative Scott Brag has done it again. This time, it happened at the Meineke location in Phoenix Arizona at 6829 N. 7th Street. I'm not the only one here that he's done this too either. Just google "scott bragg phoenix" to read the horror stories. I brought the car in at 11:30 AM to get the turn signal flasher signal replaced. Nothing was wrong with how the car started or ran when I brought it in. Scott promised that it would only take an hour to do the job. They started and moved the car twice over the nine hours that they had it. I had to pay them $150 and get help from the police to get it back. I had to use my own towing insurance because it wouldn't start when they were done with it. And thanks to Scott, there were insults added to the injury. Meineke's corporate guy is going to do them in. Why else would a guy in Phoenix write a poor review for a shop in Idaho that he's never been to? Because the company is rotten to the core as long as they keep people like this.

The guys are honest and friendly! Great price and won't quote you on things you don't actually need just to get money! Been taking my cars there for 2 years now! Can't beat the friendly service and great smiles!

I worked there this last summer, Scott Bragg is someone who no one in the automotive industry in Boise likes, he will call you a liar and tell you you are the cause for everything wrong on your car. He is an arrogant person who doesn't take advice for anyone and does somethings that could get him in A LOT of trouble. For instance, he would make the employee's dump the oil, antifreeze, and solvent laden water in the storm drain behind the shop because he was to cheap to pay to dispose of it, I watched an employee dump 3-5 gallons of pure antifreeze down the storm drain behind the shop as well and just wash it down the drain with the hose, they regularly do transmission services behind the shop and wash all the leakage from the service machine and cars down the drain as well. Someone please stop this company.

I am glad you said something. I went there for a simple oil change. They come up to you and act like 20 different things are wrong with your car. I just got my transmission service done. The guy walked up and asked me when I had the service done last. I told him to get away from me and just change my oil. This is a very shady company and needs to be investigated.

This shop put the wrong oil filter on my car, causing the oil to drain from my engine, destroying the engine. They then stonewalled me for 6 days, refusing to return calls, all the while having my car in their possession. I finally had to show up at the shop to get Scott Bragg, the corporate manager, to talk to me. He said it was "impossible" for that oil filter to stay on 4 months, essentially calling me a liar.Then corporate Meineke jerked me around for another week and a half, and only responded (temporarily) when Ch. 2 News got involved. Even after that they denied my claim by saying the filter that was found on my car (put on by them) could not possibly have stayed on the car for 4 months.
