This was by far the best clini...

This was by far the best clinic I've been to. The staff is incredible and they treated my dog as one of their own. Dr. Quintero is a phenominal veterinarian very educated, hilarious, and well rounded guy. They did a dental and a procedure called a cystotomy which is the taking out of stones in the bladder. The pricing was perfect understandible since they are odviously a hospital with a lot of things to pay for. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone KDAH you are awesome.

Rediculously Expensive

People were very nice to my pet and I. But they were very expensive and tried to make me pay for things my pet did not need. My pet was going to travel to cali they said i had to give him advantix flea treatment which cost $51 or he could not fly and the doctor had to sign for it so i couldnt but it somewhere else. I called the airline and they laughed and said they need no such thing they wanted to charge me $347 for the vaccines health certificate and other useless things. I went to another doctor and it cost$100 to get him ready. kendall drive hospital only cares about making money. Dont get scammed check other doctors out.

Misunderstanding There are two misunderstandings in this case. Firstly, the requirements for the overseas travel of pets differ greatly depending on the country; an airline does not know what these requirements are. All client questions should be directed to an embassy or a veterinarian. Our goal is to ensure that our clients will not have any difficulty upon arrival at the customs department of their destination because of an unfulfilled requirement, and we can honestly say that we have consistently achieved that goal. Secondly, when we see a pet, for whatever reason, we always recommend any treatments or products that are of benefit to that pet’s health. So, regardless of whether this pet just came in for a health certificate, other services such as vaccination, flea control, etc., will always be recommended if the pet needs them. In this particular case, we discussed what was essential to enter the country being visited, as well as made recommendations as to what else the pet needed to stay healthy. We want to stress that we appreciate Santera’s feedback. All comments help us in our commitment towards practicing excellent medicine and customer service, and we’ll strive to avoid this confusion in the future.
