I heard about Wedding Day from a radio spot and decided to go on a whim. I am very happy I did! I was helped right away by a nice lady. She gave me a lot of helpful tips and I really trusted her. I came out with an order for an engagement ring and I couldn't be any more excited!!!

Hands down, the best jewelry store in Minnesota. I became a loyal customer of Wedding Day after my brother went there to get his engagement ring. They treated him with the best service and really made us feel special. Now that I'm looking to propose, I stopped in to take a look. I was happy to see that all of the stuff remembered me from when I came with my brother (this was over 6 months ago). I was treated with a beverage and the lovely and friendly people all got to know me better. They made me confident in my choice and I couldn't be any more excited! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a ring or any type of jewelry. They're the best!

I came into Wedding Day with the daunting task of finding an engagement ring... and I walked out a happy man! I was very satisfied with the service at Wedding Day in Bloomington. Wedding Day was the first and only stop I made. I will be returning to have some old jewelry appraised by their helpful and knowledgable staff!

If I were asked to review the company based on our experience after purchasing the ring I would have rated them highly, however in the past year my band has been back for sizing and repair five separate times. The quality of work done by their jeweler was poor, after sending the band to the designer they sized my band too small. They continue to make me feel like their constant errors are somehow my fault. They never appologized without giving me an excuse for the problem. Tried to contact the owners on their website and still have not heard from them...after reading other reviews it is clear that this company is very accommodating when making the sale, but once they have your money your business is not appreciated.. Don't do business with them...

First minute I walked in to Wedding Day Diamonds in Bloomington, I knew they were not like the other jewelry stores. They just didn't have that "mall" jewelry store look to them.They have EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service and are very personable. I bought an engagement ring there and my fiance loved it!I've been to other WDD stores in the area as well and all are great.

We got our Wedding rings at Wedding Day Diamonds. The service was impressive, and the quality of diamonds were wonderful. They were very easy to work with, and had a lot of patience while we took time deciding. They were very hospitable, even offering beverages and snacks. Their replacement guarentee was also a nice shocker. Great place to get your diamond!
