She does a wonderful job on my sons kitty kat Andy

Took our dogs to get their nails trimmed. Two Paws Up did a wonderful job on them. This was their first time there & they really loved all the attention. They aren't due for the bath & grooming yet, however, when they are, Two Paws Up will be the place they'll go.

This was my dog Nakita second home. She recently passed away at 16 years old (people years). Nakita loved getting groomed here, she would walk right in like she owed the place. Julie and everyone there, has always taken good care of her. In Nakita's early years I've taken her to other groomers...and they were okay, but Nakita never took to any other groomers until she started at Two Paws Up which was under a different name when we started. If I ever decide to get another dog, I will bring it to Two Paws Up, because I know they will love my dog and treat him/her awesome. Thank You Julie!

Took my dogs there to be bathed and clipped down 3 times. Can't really say if they were bathed, didn't smell any different. The last time they went all three got kennel cough. Oh, were they sick. 250$ in vet bills to cure them. So, of course i haven't taken them back and never will. I also requested their nails be clipped-that didn't happen either. also, I would drop them off early in the a.m. and when I got them home, they drank like they were dying of thirst. I don't think they had water all day-and that place it really hot inside. I paid 150 each time I took them all in-you would think they would treat my pets better. I cut them down myself now. Just as good a job and they won't get sick!

I've taken my dog Daisy to this Salon about 2 times and very time I take her they do an amazing job and cut her hair just the way I want it. I absolutely love the staff their very nice. For the outstanding job they do there their not even pricey at all. I totally recommend this Gromming Salon 100%. I've taken Daisy to other gromers and nobody else has ever done such a good job like Two Paws Up!!

I went to Two Paws as a client of mine recommended the business because my puppy had not been to a groomer before. I took her in and I informed them she would jump up on command. The place appeared kinda dirty with dog hair everywhere in the waiting room (looked like it had been there a while, as this was 10:30 am)



She was there until 4:30 when I picked her up, they called me at 4:00 that she was done. When I got her in the car she immediately started licking her paws so I picked up her paw and looked at it and 2 of her toe nails were bleeding. So I looked at the other paw it one on that foot was bleeding. The nails were cut very short. She is a very easy going dog, I rub her feet all the time and her vet cuts her nails with never a problem so I was very alarmed at this. Wanting my pup to enjoy her grooming and not be scared of it I felt I should find another groomer. I called to cancel my next appt and they did not even ask why?



As a business owner I would never have a client cancel without knowing why and ask what I could do to improve or assist them.

We have always had Standard Poodles and Julie has groomed everyone of them over the past 20 years. She does a great job!!!!!
