Welcome to Grassmere Animal Hospital! We are a full service veterinary hospital located in south Nashville. We've been a part of this community for over 50 years and are proud to be able to offer comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and preventive health care for your four-legged family members. Since 1970, our hospital has been an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association. The Association sets the standard for quality pet care in veterinary hospitals. As an accredited hospital, we voluntarily uphold the Association's high standards in 18 different areas, including patient care, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental care, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, and continuing education.

This has to be the best animal hospital in Nashville. They have been caring for my many small dogs for almost 7 years and have seen me through good times and bitter-sweet good-byes. You won't find a friendlier staff and group of doctors anywhere.
These guys are the best! I have moved several times and used other vets near my house, but always come back to them. Excellent elder dog care. They volunteer at the emergency clinic, know about alternative medicines, holistic animal txmt. Dr Mackery helps with Greyhound rescue. You feel all doctors love your pet. Would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs exceptional vet care.
