My installers were very nice and did mostly a great job so I do not want to discredit them. However; after the install I was told to wait until it rained and call them if there were any leaks and they would address it. Well, I had a leak center of the gate that you walk through to the patio in the back. Plus a gushing overflow. It was winter time and guess what water dripping water turns into in the winter? Yep a big ice spot at the gate. I have called "Shelby" numerous times asking him to get it fixed. I have left messages, several times and upon the occasion that he answered the phone all I got was excuses. I have even been given the same excuse twice but several weeks apart. I really hate to speak against someones means of living but I am at the end of my rope with these people. From their Mission Statement.. Backed by second to none customer satisfaction, our strength lies in our personable sales team and the fact that we stand behind what we sell". Not!!!!

I couldn't get them to call me back! I was ready to buy and Shelby promised to call me back, he was covered up and had two estimates to get out. I have call twice since, left messages, and have not heard a word. Very disappointed.

It is amazing how much cooler my downstairs rooms are since I put a patio/carport top across the bacm of my home. I have even noticed my electric bill has gone down some. At this rate the top should pay for itself in a few years. Julia K
