Fantastic kennel! Our two large mutts, Basil and Scout, love it here. They get so excited when we drive near the facility.
Our dogs always have a blast and come back tired and content. The handlers are very well experienced. They know every dog by name and know when dogs are just playing vs when to step in because play is going a little too far.
The staff has always been very flexible and accommodating with us. We all know how picky and protective owners can be when it comes to their pets and the staff always exhibits patience and professionalism.
Highly recommended!

I would give this groomer no stars or negative stars if i could. They burnt and caused for $100 in damage to our dog. There groomer is rude and has no customer service ability at all. I would highly recommend finding another groomer for your dog, Rapid City has many other choices. Do not take your dog to this groomer!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I couldn't believe what the girl at the front desk told me when we picked here up. She said our dog played a little rough but was a "good girl." She took my money and went to get my dog. She came in with blood stains on its coat, a chunk of my dogs ear bitten off with it still bleeding might I add, bite marks on its hind legs which were scared over and smelling like it was laying in its own pee the whole time it was there. How does a so called reputable dog kennel perform business? After seeing my dog I immediately asked for something to clean my dog up with and both girls at the place became very silent. One went into the back and the other came out with a wet paper towel... Are you serious? My dog is bleeding well enough that it is dripping! And you give me a wet paper towel? She then proceeded to try and make small talk in which I became absolutely furious at this point and was dragged out by my wife before I really ripped into this place. If you love your dog enough that your OK with it going to the bathroom where it sleeps or letting another dog chew on it till it bleeds then go ahead and go here else find another place. The workers here definitely do not know how to handle a pack of dogs...
