I've taken my dog there twice. The first time, I thought maybe the dog was difficult, or they didn't understand what I wanted. The second time I even showed a picture. The dog had the exact same horrible cut. Both times the dog had burns from the razor. When I picked the dog up I was not only alarmed at his appearance, but the fact that the other three dogs waiting for pick up all had that same cut!! To worsen things, there was so much perfume in the products, the dog broke out, wouldn't stop itching, and we ended up having to bathe him again. You get what you pay for! It's worth the extra money for details that may cost time and money in the long run...not to mention the well-being of my fur baby.

Have always done an exceptional job at a very affordable price. Tried taking my ST. Bernard else where and was greated by estimates quadruple theirs... Freindly atmosphere...

Always friendly, They always treat the dogs like their own.My dogs look like mutts when I take them but when I pick them up they look beautiful.I hope she never retires, I've been taking my dogs there for 8 years.

WARNING do not take your pet here! I was warned several times not to and went anyways and they shaved my baby maltese to the bone and made her legs and paws bleed!!! They are cheap for a reason! Soooo dirty too!!! Go somewhere else! They are RUMMIES!!!!

Took my maltese there and specifically asked them not to shave her. They not only shaved her anyways but made her legs and paws bleed...they are raw to the bone. Spoke with the owner who was extremely unprofessional and told me her legs were bleeding because of washing her with a wash cloth and sensitive skin. She is a liar and also told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. If you love your pet I urge you to pick somewhere else to go!! It is cheap here for a reason..it's filthy dirty and they do a terrible job cutting hair.
