My dogs looked amazing! I was very pleased with the grooming salon... The place was extremely clean and the groomer was GREAT!! The Pet Resort is the nicest I have EVER seen and my pets have stayed at a few. It is a comfortable, safe & clean place to leave my babies. I LOVE IT!!

HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN! (would give zero star rating but system is making me rate them)

Ran my dog to Evergreen on Friday because he was stung by a bee and is very allergic. I thought because Evergreen was closer then my Vet it was the best option. My dog was going into shock and I knew he needed a benadrill shot right away. When I ran in and they got the Vet I told him what had happened and my dog was allergic and needed the shot. The Vet was very rude, told me he had to make diagnosis and he would need to do x-rays and blood and it would be very expensive. I told him my dog was going down fast and didn’t need that ,please help him. The Vet actually yelled at me told me he would be the only one making a diagnosis and if I didn’t approve his tests to take my dog to his own vet. Time was of the essence, I scooped my dog up and drove as fast as I could 20 min. away to get him to my Vet, who gave him the necessary shots for the allergic reaction. My dog is doing just fine now, I almost lost him because Evergreen is so greedy and tried to take advantage of the situation to make a buck. Don’t trust them, would never recommend then, disgusting experience.

Even though there are glass doors it's still a kennel with small rooms, no socializing between dogs, and when they say "2 walks a day" the mean they take them outside alone to a small run of turf to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. It saddened me to see them cooped up staring out the glass doors.
I would however recommend this place to people who have multiple small dogs who can share a room together, have eachother to keep company, and play with. Also for inactive seniors or dogs who have special needs, because the vet offices are attached.
