Love this place for parties or just a drink after work. Food is great!!!! Love taking out of town guests.

When you try to book a party the even no one answer the phone. I have called 5 times off and on May 8, 2016. Not good for business

managers were rude to me. no greeting and rolled eyes on me.

floor was dirty with died bugs on it.

restroom had sh*t on the wall.

and so much more.

bad service, no attention to clients. slow check.

Went to Dave and Buster's tonight. Unfortunately, it was a major a bust. We waited FOREVER for our food, our food came out wrong, and we waited another eternity for our check. We informed several managers about the problem but it wasn't much help. Incompetence all the way up the ladder :/

Went to Dave and Buster's with great expecations. Excited to take a group of international student friends (all over 21) to eat in the restaurant and possibly play games.



We were told that they would only accept an American ID or Passport. After they already allowed one friend to enter after showing a photocopy of his passport (he is 22, most members of our group averaged over 25 years old), I was told to go back in and tell him he couldn't enter.



However, there were lots of children in the store. I talked with the manager and explained that everywhere else we go, that they accept government passports to let us in. Again, nobody was under 21, and we weren't all even planning on drinking.



I politely told the manager I don't understand, after he tried to tell me he couldn't verify if the birthdays were accurate. So he said, "Ok, look, how many are over 25?" About 6 of our group raised their hands. Then the manager said "No, how many AMERICANS are over 25?"



I seriously couldn't believe that we faced this kind of discrimination at 8:30 at night in 2012 in America. How incredibly humiliating for me and my group of friends. The manager told us that my "American friend" over 25 could accompany 6, but that was all. The fact that he had the nerve to say that in front of a group of educated international students was so embarasing. We had over 12 in our group. So we decided to leave, and to never go back. We heard this from 2 security guys and 2 different managers. So incredibly disappointed. Do not support this place.

Me and my husband went to the opening of Dave & Buster's today in Oklahoma City and have to say it was amazing. The restaurant had great food and service. The games were fun and had a great selection. The staffs were friendly and prompt to help with any issues. Everything was awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone. I am also so happy that they finally opened one in Oklahoma City. The restaurant is in a great location and has easy access points getting into it. It is easy to see from the main roads and is not hard to find.
