David Bigney and his staff are outstanding. He reviewed my case with me in detail outlining every possible outcome (good and bad). However he kept me very optimistic about having a favorable outcome. David was very gracious and patient with the many questions we asked. His staff was courteous with each interaction. They were very responsive to phone calls, emails and conference scheduling.
