Reviews
We were coming from North Florida with a large party including a wheelchair and a quad stroller w/ 4 babies and they would not reserve an area for us, even with over 48 hrs advance notice. Considering the circumstances of our party, it would have been great customer service. However, I was told that the overall service and food are good and so we will be gracing them with our presence.
When we first started going there, it was kept cleaner. Now the carpeting smells sour from the moment you get into the door. The Food is EXCELLENT, and the staff is friendly, however; that smell makes me want to turn back out the door. Because we've been going there from the first month of it's opening, I TRY to move past the odor, but I imagine for a new customer who's not familiar with the food and prices, and service, it COULD be a diversion.
