The Duct Guys came promptly and handled the duct cleaning in a professional manner. They are very professional workers who take their job seriously. I had not had the duct cleaned for many many years. Each step of the way, I was shown "before" and "after" results. It was a completely respectful encounter. I was impressed with their efficiency and job knowledge. Carlos and Patrick were very respectful of my home, they also arrived when expected. They made sure they put their booties on before entering the house. They spent several hours cleaning all of the ducts, plus the dryer vent.

The technicians Nick and Levin from Your Duct Guy was very professional and polite on both appointments at our house. We called last week to schedule an appointment with them to clean and repair our duct work. We didn't have it clean for a long time and also 2 of our rooms we had problems with air flow. Before called the duct people we thought that our problem was connected to our hvac system so just few weeks ago we had it replaced. In the beginning we had some improvement but after a week or 2 since the installation of the new system the problem came back so we decide to call the duct guys to take a look at the problem and hopefully fix it. Nick and Levin showed up on time on a Thursday morning. After 35 minutes checking the duct work on the basement and close to the system they said that most likely the problem was connected to a poor sealing of the duct work and also they said that the duct work hadn't been cleaned for a long time; they recommended for us to clean the ducts first and then fix the sealing. The price was fair, so we decided to hire them to perform the service. On Sunday in the same week they came back, and after 6 hours of job they cleaned and sealed all our duct work. The results were a lot of more than we expected. The air flow now is very strong in our rooms and the ducts are very clean. We will truly recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. We decided to hire them as well to keep doing our duct cleaning more often.

We are very happy with their dryer vent cleaning service at one of our laundromat location...the technicians are very professional and looks like they know very good what they are doing...the service was on time, professional and they didn't leave any mess behind...I will definitely use them again for my other locations and will recommend them to my friends as well..

They canceled an appointment with me on July 1st. I have called them 4 times to reschedule the appointment. Here it is July 8th and they still have not called me back! Very poor customer service!
