Horrible customer service.



White male doctor is a condescending, sexist jerk. (There is a woman doc that is great and the doc of asian? middle eastern? descent is wonderful too.)



Then there is Maria who handles ordering frames and is wretched. If you want to be chastised/taken to task/corrected for scratching your lenses that have a scratch coat - go see her. She will be sure to talk to you like you are a child and irresponsible. She will also be sure to chastise you for not taking care of your glasses should the frame be cheap (I know what I bought - I am a grown woman and have worn glasses for 30 years). It does not matter what you actually do, she KNOWS and she will tell you just how it is that you take care of your glasses on a daily basis. No questions - just a crap load of assumptions that she piles on you while chewing your rear. And don't you dare beg to differ with her - she will straight up hang up the phone on you while you are talking!



So, if you are missing your momma and feel the need to be treated like a child, be sure to order your frames at this office.
