Walked into a cramped, dark salon. First thing the stylist does is start complaining about another customer who questioned her for cutting too much hair off. I should have stood up and walked out right then. My hair was deemed too thick and the stylist starts going crazy thinning out my hair with a dull razor (possibly scissors) leaving my hair a frizzled mess. I have pieces of hair from half an inch to near shoulder length. I literally have a mullet hairdo. I walked in with only a few long layers and one length hair past my shoulders and now I can not even put it in a low ponytail without pieces of uneven hair sticking out here and there. I'll have to go to another salon and have them fix this mess and will probably have to have my hair cut chin length just to even it out.

I always leave Happy and Pleased. Fun Place too. I have been going to EOB for about 2 years now. I have chosen a stylist that really knows her stuff boy. She sure does. Natalie loves her profession and you can tell. Any style I want she can do. I always leave there very pleased. I call Natalie a "Color Expert". She knows her colors, her numbers, her matches, and exactly what you are wanting. I started getting gray 5 years ago. I tried many colors to cover the gray but stay natural. All would fade very quickly to horrible shades and even damage my hair. Aveda is the only color that stays "True to Color". It does not fade. The gray does come back eventually but, the color does not fade and last much longer then any other brand. All of the Aveda products that I use are Awesome! The shampoo for colored hair and the Confixar (light weight gel). All of the staff at E.O.B are very professional, know their colors, and are great Hair Stylists. Best Beauty Salon and Spa I have found in all of my years of searching. I will never leave. Try it!
