My experience in working with Tash has been excellent and extremely enlightening. I contacted him based upon his great reviews initially.When he answered the phone himself and thoroughly listened to all the details of my situation I knew he was right for me. When I had my consultation he was very forth coming with all of my options regarding my case and where we needed to head next. He was able to give me the knowledge, steps and confidence to absolutely diffuse the situation and save me from a very long custody battle that would have most likely ended in the other parties favor. Him and his team were there for me through the entire process and very quick to answer the phone and get back to me with valuable information promptly. My day in court that I had been dreading, of having a hearing in front of the judge, ended with a signed agreement that I was extremely happy with and my child remaining safe in my care. I cannot express the need to have an attorney like Tash Haq representing you. Before I hired him I had been maneuvering through the legal system using facilitators and clerks for legal advise. This is what got me into the situation I was in. If I had hired Tash and his team at the beginning, I would have saved my family a ton of worry, time and money. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHILD CUSTODY LAWYER IN RIVERSIDE, CA!!!! My daughter was "legally kidnapped" my at the time 3 yr old daughter by my ex-husband, I was never served, or properly notified there was a hearing the next morning after the he filed for full custody, and placed them in my mailbox. My ex came on a saturday afternoon with two police officers with a court paper stating he was awarded full custody. In a panic, Tashfeen Haq himself answered the phone at 7pm saturday night (no lawyer answers call on weekends, let alone at night), we filed the papers on the following sunday, and by weds, i had my daughter back. Six months later, the case became much more complicated (I cannot disclose details). Tash filed an Ex-parte, i gained temporary full custody. Her father would NOT cooperate with CPS, the detective, and the court oredered 3118 evaluation the judge ordered twice, and the fact that he's a meth addict, and was arrested Dec 7, 2013, our next hearing on February 4, 2014, I gained permanent full custody, and her father even got his supervised visitations (which he never excersied anyway, due to he didnt want to pay a professional monitor). If Tash Haq did not answer the phone that saturday night, I dont know where we would be today. I've never met, or heard of a laywer who is aggressive to fight for the truth and well being of a child so hard, who also has a huge heart, and a conscious, honest, and genuinely cares. Tash Haq is literally the biggest blessing from god, he will forever be our hero.

After being falsely accused of many allegations; i was put under a temporary restraining order. Mr.Haq was already representing me in the beginning days of my divorce. Mr. Haq was quick acting and never left me out of what was going on; if i wasn't speaking to him i was being taken care of by his amazing paralegals. Mr. Haq did an outstanding job shedding light on the truth and facts to the judge. after days of fighting the restraining order got dropped and he made it possible for me to see my son again. Mr. Haq is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend that if anyone needs help to turn to him. Mr. Haq does not sugar coat things and will prepare you mentally for what may happen if things may take a turn for the worst. He is an honest man and helps you out as much as possible, he tries to save you money where he can and is determined to keep fighting till the job is done.
