Jensen Property Management runs this and there is no one on site, the Jensen reviews will scare you. The storage facility is fine, there are a lot rules and fines for breaking them. The facility is temperature controlled but a little hot still, the elevator is only for your things, you are not allowed to ride in it. Doug at Jensen said I could cancel my insurance on the unit at anytime.... That is the case but you don't actually stop getting charged for the insurance until the end of the month. So I think he meant to say you have to cancel it before the beginning of the month to not get charged. I called on Monday the 1st at 9:00am (we got our stuff out late Saturday) and he said there was nothing he could do. Just poor customer service.
