WORST CAR SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm still suffering the aftermath. I came here in the morning to replace a tire in the morning before going to work. At closing time I still didn't hear back so I drove over to find out that THEY CRASHED MY CAR. I asked them why they were driving my car and they were VERY defensive. I asked them at two different times and they kept changing their story. The first time they said that they were test driving it (for a tire, really?) The second time they said they were just parking it. Later, when I had my car assessed by a DIFFERENT mechanic, he said that the impact indicated it had been going at a very high speed!! WHY would you need to drive my car at a high speed just for a TIRE CHANGE?? On top of this absurdity, Bay Auto Repair refused to release my car demanding $6,000 in storage fees even though they were the ones who crashed my car! Lastly, after all of this they had the NERVE to ask me for the $60 for the tire repair when I am the one suffering for the loss of value of my car!! DON'T TRUST BAY AUTO REPAIR WITH YOUR CAR
