I went in this afternoon and there were three women at the counter, not one of them ecknowledged me. I wander around for a few minutes, with not one of them so much as saying,"Hi." Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. I am very upset, because I used to really enjoying going into that store, and I hope the problem is addressed.
