Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I came in looking specifically for men's brown loafers in size 11.5. I chose a style approached an associate to request a size 11.5. She didn't bother looking and told me with an attitude they didn't have the size and to choose another style. So I did, and requested 3 different styles in the size 11.5. And she once again, didn't bother looking and told me they didn't have the size. So I proceeded in asking her what brown loafers were available in size 11.5. She said sternly "that doesn't make things easier, you have to pick a style." Because I now feel like I am wasting my time and am getting frustrated, I requested the assistance of another associate. The new associate, Rebecca Hernandez, comes to me with the intention to argue, not to help. Without giving me a chance to explain what it is that I am looking for and says rudely "we cannot bring out all the shoes at once we have rules and regulations. What do you want" Never had I requested to bring all the shoes out at once, and it is unclear what rules and regulations I was breaking??? She never let me finish speaking and explaining what I wanted and why I was frustrated. Instead she walked away. She came attacking me rather than accommodating me. You would expect better from a store such as Gucci. I've received a much better quality experience at pharmacies. Never again will I go to this store specifically because of the unaccommadtibng rude attitudes of their associates. 11/23/16 3:30PM
