I called Axiom insurance company on Thursday july 26 2017 for a quote for my auto insurace. The customer service ladies didnt know how to do her job that i had to call back a few times because the employees of tgis company tood me i wiol receive a call back when they never took my info, i had to call back a few time and leave a message on the answee machime with my info. I was told i wouod receive a call back within 3 days with the quote, 5 days past and never heard from the Axiom insurance company on 251 Boston Road Springfield Ma. On August first i went down personally to the Axiom insurace company on 251 boston road Springfield MA to be told byvthe workers there that whoever took my info put the paperwork to the side and didnt do the quote that if i wanted they will give a call back with a quote. Today is August 3 and still havent heard from your company. So sad, very rude and inrresponsible staff you have i will make sure everyone knows hiw bad your workers and company is. So disappointed.
