Took my Dodge Grand Caravan here for new Brakes front and back. I dropped off my car on Friday and picked up Saturday morning and headed up to Pinecrest.

Coming back home going down hill my car started smoking and smelled terrible. Turns out they disconnected my brakes but never actually did the work and did not reconnect the front Brakes. My guess is they intented to do the work but perhaps went to lunch came back reconnected partially forgetting they did not do the job! I had to have the car towed to Mother Lode Motors and get alternate transportation to get the family home. When I insisted ABC pay Mother Lode Motors Rob at ABC called and gave a credit card number to Mother Lode Motors but then days after I got my car Rob backed the credit card payment out saying he did not authorize and made me look stupid! If you want to keep yourself and family safe think twice before choosing ABC. Maybe try Bruce & Jacks, been around for decades and are not cheap but do the work with integerity!

If you are looking for an automotive shop that will get the job done right without the hassle then go to ABC automotive. Not only was my car done in a decent amount of time but there was no unexpected expences. Being a female, I didnt feel like i was taken advantage of or treated unfairly. The owner was always upfront with me and i didn't feel like i was being bullied at all. I take all my cars here and recommend all my friends and family to go too

My wife, I and kids were referred here by a friend and we're so glad she did!



Our vehicle needed repairs in several areas, as we were already aware, so we brought it in for an assessment.

Rob, the service manager, brought our vehicle in for a detailed inspection, while waiving a diagnostic fee in order

to do so.



Much to our surprise, an "order of priority" list was given to us based just on our short mentioning of our critical

bank account. A suggestion of 3 different visits or "phases" as he called it, was put out starting with some im-

mediate work needed ASAP as well as other areas of maintenance that needed to be addressed in time.



Rob took it upon himself to give us a "volume discounted" price on our first visit, as we concentrated on a few items

at once to be worked on...without us having to ask for this type of consideration.





We now have finished our 3rd visit with ABC Auto, and feel very confident in all the work that was done as well as the

way we've been treated each and every time with them. He even applied discounts on another of our visits and included

a couple of free services performed without being asked to do so...that kind of service is almost NON-EXTISTANT these

days!



ABC's honesty and personal-touch service was a breath of fresh air, and we thank them so much!
