What a great place, been coming here for many years with more than one dog. The service and people are amazing.

Great environment, as long as I call early in the morning I am usually able to get an appointment.

I like the way they treat my pet and my pet likes it to. I recommend them to my friends.

I took my dog to this place for a full haircut, but the experience was not quite pleasant. When I made the appt on the phone, I was told it was going to be 45+tax. When I brought my dog in, the lady with heavy accent who I believe is the owner told me my dog got mats, so I told her to shave it and do not need to brush out. She said they could not brush the mats, but would have to shave it down. She handed me the form to sign about shaving my dog, but there was no where on the form about extra charge. Other groomers I took my dog in NEVER charged extra if no brushout needed. When I pick my dog up, I was told there will be extra charge for the mats. I told them I should be informed about the extra charge ahead of time, and she insisted she did, but I was not aware at all. When she and another young girl argue with me, they started to YELL. Yes, they yelled at their customer. I did not ask them to take off thw extra charge, and I paid what they asked, but I deserve to be told the price BEFORE but not after. And as a small business, they yelled at their customer with absolutely no respect. They said nothing to the customer who just had business with them when I walked out of the door. I feel very upset for being treated that way. I hope this review is helpful to whoever looking around for dog grooming place. I'm not writing this long to make up a story.

This place is great I take my dog oliver and he comes out looking great the staff is great. I highly recommend this place. Emma is the best !

Great people, great place, you can even go to the cages to walk your pup in here. They are great! They take great care of our Bo :)

I love bringing my dog Coco and Sam here. My pups have never received a better haircut, and their coats shine like no other when leaving the salon. The staff is always friendly and ready very informative, and always treats my dogs with great care.

They act so nice but the aren't they hurt my puppy so bad that he had scratch on his tummy and neck and hands I felt so bad for him I didn't even thing this could happen when I called them they told me that the dog had nails so he scratch his self I have pic of my puppy he was so hurt I wouldn't want no one like this to touch my dog ever again if you don't want your dog to get hurt don't go here
