Terrible customer service!!!!! This is a family run jeweler, that's conveniently located by the Macy's exit, when you are heading towards the other stores in the mall. My first visit to this store, I was looking to get some links taken out of my bracelet watch, that was given to me as a gift. I left the tag on it, in case I could not find a jeweler to properly remove the links and I could still return it. The older lady that was behind the kiosk abruptly stated "I don't think you paid this much for this watch" I told her that she was right it was a gift. She said no, no they didn't pay this much. Angrily trying to hold back my next set of words, I diverted the conversation back to inquiring if she would be able to remove the links. She grab the watch out my hand and began to pull and tug on the watch. I was mortified and couldn't believe how she was treating me, especially because she had no other clients in line waiting. Needless to say I will not be going back!
