They have some really good food but are not consistent. one day it is good and the next day overcooked and dried out. Talking about there fresh roasted chicken, ham, and chicken wings. no matter what time I go to buy wings, they are shiveled and dried out. i think they further cook in their case. They sell alot of these items so they should be fresh. Also many times I have bought apples, which are more $ than the grocery store, to go home and cut into one and they are all rotten (brown) in the inside. I shop less and less there. Their soups are very good and many of their sandwiches are good. many of their baked goods are just mediocre. Their manager is a grump sometimes. Liz Bonney, S. Tampa

Nice friendly staff, clean store, and fresh produce. Great natural/organic & other health food options. I���ve been able to find specialty items here that my other grocery store (Publix) doesn���t carry.
