5/7/12 Ordered a 2 in 1 exhaust from my local dealer (Sunrise Cycles of Norfolk VA) item number 802-0103, when item arrived, 5/10 the header pipes were the same and was unable to install. When Sunrise called the warehouse and explained to them that I needed the pipes stat, the dealer was charged for overnight shipping due to the manufacture mistake. When I spoke with Mac Products Inc. I was told that there were no reimbursements for overnight shipping for either their best customers or first time customers. That they would take the part back and no matter what the urgency and even though it was their mistake, they would ship their products to the customer and in no way would they overnight or reimburse anyone.



Very disappointed, have heard nothing but good about this company to this point.



5/11/12 Finally got the pipes in and to say I am pleased would be a gross overstatement. The finish on the headers feels like light sand paper; the paint went on very dry, not smooth at all and has scratches from the packaging. The flanges that hold the headers into the head are just stamped and painted with the cutting marks still on them and look horrible. There is no way to take them off to use OEM exhaust pipe holder without cutting them off. Not much thought went into manufacturing these to allow the use of OEM equipment. The welds on the megaphone look like something that came out of a vocational school; in fact, I have seen better welds come out of a vocational school. The quality does not reflect the price in which I paid for these, I will definitely avoid Mac Products in the future. I must say kudos to Sunrise Cycles of Norfolk VA. They did the right thing and made sure I had the right parts delivered to me as soon as possible. Thank you very much
