the Maste Auto is very good at what they do. They are very honest, fast and make every effort to save money.
They were nice enough to provide Taxi service to and from shop.

I would never take my vehicle back here. I took it to them to change my front wheel bearing after they had before changed my back right wheel bearing. Instead of changing the front wheel bearing like we asked them too, they instead changed the right rear wheel bearing. They claimed that they drove the vehicle and used this to figure out that it was the other bearing that needed changed. However, our records show that they did not actually drive our vehicle and that the mileage was the same at drop off and pick up. They stood by their assessment that they had fixed the "correct" wheel bearing. They refused to refund or reimburse us. They also did not offer to fix the wheel bearing we brought it into them for. So we paid them to fix a wheel bearing that may have nothing wrong with it at all. They did not perform the service that we asked them to do and claimed that we misunderstood their diagnosis, when we were the ones who noticed the problem, not them.

I had to take our vehicle in SEVEN times for one brake repair job on our Audi. Even after taking it in SEVEN times, our brakes still do not work properly. We took it in to get our brakes done ahead of time, and our brakes are now worse off then when we originally took them in. Almost every time we brake, you can still hear them squeak. We originally had the brakes changed in April 2014, and it is now Jan 2015, so we have driven far enough to brake them in. They never offered to reimburse us for our time or the poor job that they did. They told us multiple times that they "fixed everything for free". Well, all the parts are under warranty, so of course they fixed them "for free." They never seemed to believe us or take us seriously. The last time we took our vehicle in, they just said they couldn't hear our brakes making noise. The point is we can. Our brakes are in worse shape them when we took them in. DON'T GO HERE! We will never go here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Master Auto has done a lot of work on our vehicles and we have never had a problem. Great work, great price. It's hard to find honest auto repair shops these days. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

I would recommend Master Auto Service to anybody. They've always given me good prices, and extremely friendly service. I took my truck in to a different shop with a broken fly wheel, and they quoted me around $500. I decided to try a different place, so I ended up at Master Auto Service, and he fixed it (rather than replace the whole thing) for around $150. Again, I would highly recommend them.

I needed some work done & didnt need where to turn to. I work and live in troy and everytime I have gotten some work done in this area ,my expierence hasn't always been the best. However, when I went to Master Auto, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was very impressed. Family Owned & Operated, really nice family, very friendly, my car was out by the end of the day and their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone, def ask for Wes he will take care of you.
