Hooker, Jr. and Associates, P.C. in 1973, Mr. Hooker has earned a solid reputation for providing legal services of the highest quality in a broad range of substantive areas. Mr. Hooker's family has an extensive amount of experience in the legal profession as his father was Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit of the Commonwealth of Virginia for thirty-two years. His grandfather also practiced law with Mr. Hooker's father, and served as a member of the United States Congress. Our firm focuses in Criminal Defense [including criminal traffic offenses i.e., DUI's, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License] (e.g., Capital Murder, Homicide, Arson, Narcotics, Firearms, Assaults, Rape, Robbery, Larceny, Internet Crimes, Burglary, etc.) Also, we focus on Personal/Bodily Injury, Civil Litigation, Family Law including divorce and custody, Wills and Corporate law. Attorney Steven P. Letourneau and Attorney Mark A. Andrews are also well established in all the courts in Hampton Roads and are well qualified to assist you with all your legal needs.       Mr. Hooker was a blessing to me during a rough time in my life. He was attentive to me and my case. He kept me informed about what was going on and he worked hard until he got my case dismissed. Hooker is the man!

      Mr. hooker is an amazing attorney. I deal with depression and anxiety really bad. Mr. hooker was very supportive as my attorney but also as a friend. My case started out an felony when mr hooker was done with my case it was dropped to a lesser charge. He did a great services and saved my life. I'm forever grateful that we have an amazing attorney like him in Virginia Beach . Thank you so much !!!

      Very displeased with the repr...

      Very displeased with the representation of this law firm. Lack of communication is an understatement. Hired Brook Thibault through a reference of my daughter handling a case for her. He would never return any phone messages to her or me. He had no problem receiving full payment up front. After 6 months of battling to seek proper representation he withdraws from counsel with no settlement in sight. Guess this is how the office works, leaving messages to Mr. John H. of my concerns, he has not returned my messages either.

      This firm actually CARES!!!

      The law firm of john hooker, mark andrews, and steve letourneau are very professional! They actually cared enough about me and my family to make the extra effort to do whatever it took to make sure i was well represented. These guys made a difference in my life and i cant thank them enough!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE AND EVERYBODY! I know if i ever need an attorney again i know where i'm going
