Do not go here.

I called and they said come in. I wrote on the sign in sheet that I wanted a manicure and pedicure.

They did the manicure but then they just left me in the chair when I said I needed a manicure too.

I walked over to the counter and they told me to come back in 30 minutes!

When I came back two women who were behind me whrn i firsy came in were just leaving. They had gotten their pedicure and manicure and left.

So that is just nuts.

As other reviewers have said, they do not honor appointments here. As a gift for my mother, my sister and I were going to take her out for manicures and lunch. We arrived on time and the place was packed. No one said anything to us, like we were invisible. After 20 minutes we decided to leave. I hope the manicures are better than their service.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, IN ANY SALON/SPA/ PLACE OF BUSINESS IN GENERAL.RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SNOBY, UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND SWEET AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT SOME OF THEY AND THE MANGER ARE AWFUL. SOME OF THEIR PRICING IS AVERAGE, AND SOME OF IT IS OUTRAGOUS! AND IF YOU EVER QUESTION THE PRICING THEY LIE, GET ARGUEMENTIVE, RAISE THEIR VOICE IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS, AND TRY TO REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU. SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO SOME WHERE ESLE. THE PLACE ON 40TH & SUMMITVIEW BY WALGREEN IS GOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I live in Seattle but travel to Yakima often to visit family. The people that work her are very nice and I give the quality of work a 4/5. But the one thing that didn't make sense to me is when you get a shellac mani they charge you for the mani $15 and for the shellac $18 making it $32!!! I pay $20 in SEATLLE for a very high end place in downtown. I will go back when I visit but deff not for shellac mani..

I had a fantastic experience here! I went to another nail salon the same morning for a shellac manicure and pedicure. It looked AWFUL. So I went to E NAILS to see if they could re-do it. It is 110% better than the other salon. They have a pretty good selection of shellac colors. Lilly did the best shellac manicure and excellent job with my eyebrows. She is very attentive and does a great job and keeps my nails looking great. I highly recommend E NAILS! The salon is big, clean!!! This is the one for me. You will love it!!! LILLY AND HER STAFF ROCK!!!

I have gone to other nail salons in the area, this is the best! E Nails has beautiful décor. This place is huge and usually pretty busy, has great atmosphere, great service every time! I have been coming here for one year now, and they have always been consistent. I use them for everything(waxing,massage, manicure, pedicure, shellac, even facials). Always a treat!!I amazing girls, great work ethic, They are clean, work professionally and pretty efficient with time. Love their color selection...always have new colors in.They offer a variety of colors as well. Very glad that I found this place!!!

So unorganized ! Told me it would be 15 minutes and I waited for over an hour even though they started my mom, who didn't even plan to get her toes done in the first place, just decided to go along! They did take my shellac off but then I decided to leave because my Mom had already been done for 10mins. To make it worse, they wanted to charge me $10 for taking off my shellac after I waited for an hour and a half! Absolutely ridiculous! When I spoke my concerns they just argued with me and didn't even apologize. Never going here again. I've had bad experiences in the past here and this was just the last straw.

Had an apt at 2 came a little early, constantly ignored 4 on finally was seated for my manicure and talked to rudely.. Then told it was going to be 45$ for a simple pedi and when I asked why they said I didn't want to pay and they can refuse service to anyone. Do not go here!!!!

Not happy with the full set . Looks fake something I could do at home not worth 35$. Had an appt still had to wait 45 min. Great pedi. Will go for those bit not nails

DON'T GO TO E NAILS IN YAKIMA, WA! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! THEY DON'T KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY CHARGED ME FOR TAKING OFF MY NAIL POLISH, A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THAT BEFORE THEY GOT STARTED! THEY INSISTED IT WAS SHELAC AND IT WASN'T AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB & INSISTED I PAY! THEY ARGUED AND SAID I WAS WRONG, THE CUSTOMER! THEY EVEN LAUGHED! THEY SAID THEY WERE THE EXPERTS AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT! IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING! I'D GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING 100 TIMES INSTEAD OF THE 1 STAR THAT I MUST SELECT! I WAS SO DEVASTATED I WANTED TO CRY WITH HOW RUDE THEY WERE AND TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES TALKED BACK AND FORTH IN CHINESE SO THAT I WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND!

This is the best place in town for a pedi! They not only do your toes they go above and beyond then it comes to the massage part. They spent lots of time really helping you relax and everyone there is very friendly and very helpful. LOVE ENAILS!

Newly opened, beautiful decor and a friendly staff. Walk-ins welcome. They have nice relaxing spa pedicure chairs, and a super cute special Panda Bear chair more mini-manicures & pedicures :) Average pricing, great service.
